Words with Meaning

These words come in many forms and from many different areas. Within yourself you can find it when you try or other times from your subconscious as things just happen. It is ingrained in your brain as you grow, from experiences that you have gone through to the ones your loved one have gone through.

If you step back and look around, you will see it all around you. The different forms it takes can be amazing. At first, you take it for granted and say that’s just how it is, but for the struggling they really have to work at it.

Some would say these are required to get out of their shell, go to the unknown. Yes, you need strength and courage to do something you are unsure of. But, it gives you such pleasure and sense of accomplishment to do that. If not, pick up the pieces, pull out the dumbbells, find some help and try it again.

Think of it as riding a bike, I don’t know about you, but I fell down a lot. It’s not saying you are bad for failing, but that you need to try again and again if you want to succeed.

Here is an exercise for everyone when they are feeling down and not worthy, or just feel like it is not working. Go where people are; watch and listen. Really look at them, don’t stare but watch, see what they do, and find your strength and courage in them. It’s amazing how it can appear, both large and small, noticeable or not. You need to be open and willing to absorb for it will be there.

Where Strength Comes From

I get my strength from my family. They keep me going and yes I push myself to give them what they need. When I was a young mother not knowing what I was doing, it took a lot of courage to raise my children. As they grew so did I.

Being in a long-lasting relationship with a spouse also has its challenges and takes both courage and strength to keep it engaging and fun. When I need that pick me up, friends or even people you see while shopping or at work can give you something you need.

My message today is for you to look deep in yourself and really see how strong you are and what your next adventure is going to do for you. Keep that courage and just go for it.

Keep smiling

Sandy
