What do you do for fun, or are you that workaholic that is always working?
It’s time for fun, getting away from all the stress, troubles, chores, things that are breaking or falling apart and just go do something different. Vacation you say or is it just a couple of days. It doesn’t matter; just disconnecting yourself for a while is good for you. Just disappear and refresh.
Disconnecting and down Time
Everyone needs a little down time to help the body and the soul. Sit back and close your eyes can even help. Go now and find you some peace before you explode.
Where would you go, do you like the outdoors?
Then head for the hills, I like to find trees and nature, take a walk and listen to all the sounds. Nature is full of beautiful music. Sing at the top of your lungs, this can refresh everything that is built up inside. It doesn’t matter if you can’t sing, don’t worry about it just sing.
Are you a people person? Then hit that amusement park. Go on those roller coasters, and lazy boat rides, I bet your mind will be on others things after that. Have that big scoop of ice cream or that blue and pink cotton candy.
Different Things for Different Folks
Just do something different from the everyday routine. Go to a movie! Do you like action thrillers? Fantasize! Get into it. Or find one you can cry with. That will help to, and who cares if you do, this is for you, if that is what you need, then do it.
Have you found it yet? Or is work still in your head? Depending on what you do to make money that can be a good thing or a bad. Take me for example, sense I have started blogging, I now look around and I can see so many things I just want to write about.
It can consume me, sometimes I can‘t even sleep until I actually write it down. This is when I need to disconnect, clear my head and just have fun.
Break Free
Can’t seem to get away and still need that break, what is it that you do? Do you need to change the way you are living? Is work driving you nuts? Start Journaling, get things out of your head and you will find it refreshing. A sense of relieve! An emotional high and give you more freedom to have that time to disconnect.
