Slow and careful Just to Crash and Burn, Attitude Check

Slow and careful Just to Crash and Burn, Attitude Check. In other words, it is sometimes wise to take it easy.

Day started early, and was going slow and careful because the roads were a little slick.  Had plans to get lots done, yet the spiral hit and down, down, down it went.  It seems like what I touched broke, both kids had car problems and my husband needed a ride. When was I going to get to what I wanted to do?  Here is to my sanity. Hence my ATTITUDE CHECK!

Attitude Check

How we look at attitude will determine where it will go.  Here is a quote that might help:

“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of ATTITUDE on life.  Attitude is more important than facts.  It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what people say or do.  It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill.  It will make or break a company, a relationship, a home.  The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.  We cannot change our past. We cannot change the fact that people will act a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable.  The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.  I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me, and 90% how I react to it.  And so it is with you … we are each in charge of our own ATTITUDE.”

Here is to the end of a challenging day and my attitude is in check.
