Tired, But need to get your work done! Here are some tips and twists to get you moving:
Sitting at a desk or the table….tap your toes and stretch your arms.
Stand up and touch your toes and reach for the sky.
Take a twenty-minute walk to refresh your brain.
Eat something with high protein.
Clear everything off your desk or counter so you do not look at it.
Concentrate on one thing at a time.
Move to a different part of the office or your house.
If you can, go to a coffee shop or the library.
