Heart VS Eyes
Healthy heart can come from any of your surroundings, signs you see, picture you come across, from the books you read and from things you hear.
When you are feeding it good thoughts and inspiring it to grow it will be strong and emanate throughout you; you will have a glow of happiness that everyone will want. People will smile at you more, they will want to be around you and feed off of you.

Heart and Soul (Piano)
Great way to ease your tension for the day. Find a piano and play. When you have a happy heart that is fed good things every day, it will help you see the passions that you have in your life. It will help you find your way.
I just loved this picture that I found and it has a powerful message!
“Sometime the Heart Sees What’s Invisible to the eye”
For me this hit hard because I have been working on getting rid of the negativity around me. I want to feel confident and thriving. I do not want to be pulled down or shut off. I want to give it my all and see what I can achieve.
I am learning to fill my brain with good things and feed my soul with inspiration. This picture has shown me that what I see with my eyes can be different than what my heart wants.
Sync My Heart and Eyes
Be on guard against the pit of self-pity. When you are weary or unwell, this demonic trap is the greatest danger you face. Don’t even go near the edge of the pit. Its edges crumble easily, and before you know it, you are on the way down. It is even so much harder to get out of the pit than to keep a safe distance from it. That is why I tell you to be on guard.
There are several ways to protect yourself from self-pity and sync your heart and eyes.
1. Have faith.
2. Pay attention to your surrounding and find the good
3. Read everyday
4. Exercise everyday
5. Eat right
6. And Blog about your Passion (this will help you share and make you feel good)

Learn To Speed Read: Read 300% Faster in 15 Minutes
To help you feed your heart by reading, here is a few things to help you read faster.
Keep a Feeding Routine
One of my routines includes driving. I do have more than one way to drive to get to my destinations, but I usually go the same way, listen to the same thing and see the same scenery. It’s a country road, you might see a handful of cars, and if you are lucky, a few wild animals. I can see Turkeys, Elk, Deer, or Woodchucks, just to name a few.
This particular morning, I had more than the average plan. I wanted to meet someone. But, interference was in my way. See there is this thing called “train”! I have to cross four tracks on my commute. Wouldn’t you know it, out of all the days I travel this road, I had to stop twice. The first train was crawling along like it didn’t have a care in the world.
Once it passed, I thought I was home free. Oh No; as soon as I got to the next set; the crossings came down and I sat again. So much for getting to the destination I planned, when I wanted to.
I guess plans do not always go the way you want and life is full of change. I did make good use of the time though. I pulled out my phone and caught up. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked-in, and email. I also found a few more Ideas for my blog. I was caught up for the morning, so I wasn’t to upset that I missed what I had planned.
Check Your View
So you see, that is my point and a way to share my idea of feeding your heart. You find the good in every situation and turn the anger around and make good use of the time you have. As some might say, “Turn that frown Upside down” and have a wonderful day.
How do you fill your day?
Sandy
