New Year’s Resolution Ideas | Achieve Goals

If you live right you shouldn’t have to set News Years Resolutions.  Do you agree they get broken with in a week and do you want to learn how to achieve them?

 

Let’s break this down and I will explain what I mean. Over the years I have set many resolutions.   It is something that you just do.  Right?  Everyone else is, so why not me.

We all want to lose weight,

eat better,

get better jobs,

change something.

 

How many of those resolutions have you kept?    

Also they seem to be the same every year, am I right?  Do you want to know why that happens?   It’s because  a New Years Resolution is just a statement, it’s not a goal set into motion.

 

Instead of getting disappointed and just giving up let’s try something new.  

Lets set a new resolution every Monday.  

That’s right, every Monday!  You may ask why!

 

New Year’s Resolution Ideas 

 

That is what I call taking action.  A smaller resolution will have action taken faster and then it can be modified and adjusted.   By setting it every Monday you can achieve it by Friday and see the results, you will follow it longer and actually finish what is started instead of trying and giving up before any results are seen.

 

Don’t just make a statement, set a goal and see the results in your New Year’s Resolution Ideas

Adversity comes in many forms and people handle it all different.  Adversity can be more than just difficulty or setback.   It can form a series of misfortunes that keep you from achieving lifes adventures or finding happiness. Everyone experiences adversity at some point, yet with hard work and the right mindset it can be overcome.
