Are you feeling lost? The feeling that you just don’t know what to do anymore and everything around you is just falling apart? It seems like every time you turn around something else happens. How much more can you take? How strong are you?
You just want to scream or find a corner to hide in, but you can’t, you are the one everyone is looking at, and it just keeps coming and coming. Where do I go? What do I do? These are some of the questions you might ask and you just feel LOST!
Lost and Forgotten
When it is all over and things start to get back to normal, you wonder how you made it. Was it that big bowl of ice cream, package of Licorice, or bag of M&Ms that you dove into? Or, was it your friends and colleagues that were there when you needed a shoulder to cry on.
It’s amazing how strong people can be if they just keep going, obstacles will come and go, and bumps in the road will smooth out if we stomp on them. The key is to just keep going, focus on the next step, and put one foot in front of the other.
One only dies once, and if one does not die well, a good opportunity is lost and will not present itself again. Jose Rizal
As for being Lost?
There is no reason to feel that way. In this day and age, help is around every corner and can come from the weirdest places. Keep your eyes open, it might not always be noticeable. However, your path will lead you in the right direction when you reach out and look for a solution. Tackle those challenges, defeat those forces of evil.
No one else can give it to you.
It comes from your past experiences.
It comes from all the things you do and see in your lifetime.
When people say “learn from your mistakes”, that is your strength. Life isn’t about just finding “yourself” and just living with the things that go wrong, it’s about creating “yourself” and helping others do the same. Share your mistakes and your outcomes with others around you. It will help you forge on and show others how to build on that strength also.
You will be amazed what you can accomplish. One thing to remember; when your troubles and all done and over, look back, don’t forget, because that is where you will find your strength when the next set comes upon you.
Go and Be Found,
Sandy
