Made it Halfway NOW WHAT!

As I was exercising this morning, I made it halfway and thought NOW WHAT!   I was starting to rethink my expectations.  However, I kept at it.

Setting a Goal

Setting a goal is the easy part, putting it into place is hard.  For instance, when we set it too high, we can’t make it halfway and start to rethink if it was a good idea.

Or when we set it too low, then we haven’t pushed ourselves enough. In other words, we need to start knowing ourselves better and get into a rhythm that will shape the NOW WHAT stage.  

Pushing the Halfway

No goal is really too high, if we want it bad enough.  Hence, there are some things we need to keep in mind and push the halfway point a little further.  

It will Hurt! Push Harder

It will take time, Let it

You will need to make healthy decisions

It will require dedication

It will require willpower, You Can Do It

There will be temptation, Fight it

It requires sacrifice pushing your body or ambitions to the max

But I promise you, 

When you reach your goal, 

IT’S WORTH IT!

Now What

We make goals all the time, even when we don’t realize it.  In other words, look at your schedule for the day.  Many things to do?  That is a type of goal.   

Goals come in all sizes and shapes,  it keeps us going and moving toward the things we want.  So, let’s keep it up and not stop when we think we made it halfway.  

Be Kind

Work Hard

Stay Humble

Smile Often

Stay Loyal

Keep Honest

Be Thankful

Always Love

Adversity comes in many forms and people handle it all different.  Adversity can be more than just difficulty or setback.   It can form a series of misfortunes that keep you from achieving lifes adventures or finding happiness. Everyone experiences adversity at some point, yet with hard work and the right mindset it can be overcome.
