Morning Plan
A morning routine sets you up for things to come. By doing these you energize your body and set a good working mindset
   10 minutes of meditation
   Big glass of water
   Drink some tea and read a daily devotional

- 5 to 10 minute break – find something to laugh about.
- Focus on your senses and be in the moment.
- Go for a walk.
- Go for a drive and turn left instead of right, a different way for an outing.
Connect and Be Social
- Â Make a phone call. Human connection
- Â Catch up with an old friend
- Â Send a random text
- Â Play with an animal
Design
- Start a to-do list that you can cross off.
- Set a timer to help you focus.
- Give yourself a hug. Say, “I am capable of many things”.
Refine
- Stay in tune with your emotions
- Make a Delicious meal
- Create a new Exercise
- Use the “special occasion” thing.

Bed time
- Â Â Â Choose 2 things to be thankful for.
- Â Â Â Do 3 or 4 different stretches.
- Â Â Â Turn off all electronics one hour before bed.
- Â Â Â Write in a journal.
