Be a Tourist
How much you can handle depends on how you look at it.
Instead of approaching the day as a blank page that you need to fill up, try living it in a responsive mode: being on the lookout for all the wonderful signs given in front of you.
This sounds easy, but it requires a deep level of trust, based on the knowledge that is there to guide you. Your affirmations will come true if you believe, and they are approached correctly. Head back to stage 2 to reaffirm them.
We all have things that we want, and things that we desire. But, getting there and really having them can be a whole different story.
That reminds me of a blog I wrote a while back on “Digging your well before you are thirsty”. You dive in and start building, but you are not sure what you are digging for. You need a little preparation to know what you have first.
I have learned that goals need to be precise and able to be recited back so easily that a child can understand what you are striving for. They need to have distinct qualities and other meaning that will motivate and get you going every day until they are met.
