A is for Starting your Day off right! | Affirmations

Starting your Day off right! Setting your Affirmations in order to always know where you are going and how you will tackle your goals.  People always ask me how I can keep a smile on my face and how I can keep my chin up when life hits me hard.  I will tell you it is my affirmations that I see in the morning and then again at night.  

Do you have your affirmations down?

Start with this and then see where you get:

When I breathe, I inhale confidence and exhale timidity.

I live in the present and am confident of the future.

I love change and easily adjust.

I am a problem solver

I focus on Solutions.

I always see only the good in others and myself.

People are attracted to me and want to hear what I have to say.

I am worthy

I work harder on myself than my business.

I have the intention

I LOVE to share my life and business vision of living a simple life and knowing who they really are. 

I Believe in myself and do not care what others think and my effort is worth it.

I can do anything I put my mind to and believe I can do it.

I believe in others

Starting Your day

Know where you are going.  Make your plan. Set your goals.

 

Goals and directions are so important in any business or life planning.  You need to know where you want to be and what you want to get.

 

I had a mentor tell me once that your goals need to be written out so well that a 6-year-old can understand what it is you are work towards.

 

Setting your Affirmations.

Have you ever been lost in the desert or even in a labyrinth?  Unable to find your way out?  And as the days pass by you get tired and hungry and say if only I had some help.  That is where you turn to your affirmations and mentors,  they will give you a new mindset to get you back on track.

    Love reading other people’s affirmations, Sandy! I have mine take half from Bob Proctor, and gradually accumulated over time. And also the idea that you can add or change them as you want. They do not need to be fixed.

    Great post Sandy. My mentor told me she has her affirmations on her phone scheduled twice a day – morning and night so I have followed her example and it’s a great feeling repeating the words until you know it of by heart and truly believe it. Thanks for sharing 🙂

Let’s learn how to smile through adversity. Life changes all the time, some good and some bad.

Look around, there are many things for you to ponder on and read.

Life changes all the time, some good and some bad.  However, most of it we can control or adapt to as we grow.   Then there are moments that are of the unknown.

Dealing with children, aging parents, dementia and cancer of a loved one, you tend to know change well.  In other words, if you learn to accept it and know that it is coming, it won’t hit you so hard.

Adversity comes in many forms and people handle it all different.  Adversity can be more than just difficulty or setback.   It can form a series of misfortunes that keep you from achieving lifes adventures or finding happiness. Everyone experiences adversity at some point, yet with hard work and the right mindset it can be overcome. 

Regardless of your situation, you do have a choice to either let adversity define you or you define it.   I am here to help you smile through your journey of adversity and teach you create the power to overcome pain and work through it to the other side.
